Receta Custard Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 24 ounce. cottage cheese, sm. curd (or possibly Farmers cheese)
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- Good dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs well with the sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and cottage cheese. Stir in lowfat milk and pour into a unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or possibly may take a little longer.
