  1. Cut meat in cubes and cook in 4 c. water with 2 tsp. salt. When tender, drain off broth and cook 1 6 oz package wide noodles in it. Then add in to noodles, meat, 1 small onion, minced, 1 small package frzn peas, 1 small jar diced pimientos, 1 green pepper, minced, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 lb. diced American cheese. Mix all together and turn into a well buttered casserole dish. May cover top with crushed potato chips if you like. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
