Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa (I use, and recommend Ghiradelli unsweetened)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp decaf or regular instant coffee granules
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups oil (I use, and recommend Mazola Corn Plus with Omega 3's)
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (I recommend Trader Joe's semi-sweet chocolate chips), lightly coated with flour

,%20I%20made%20a%20moist,%20dark%20chocolate%20cake%20that%20turned%20out%20absolutely%20delicious.%20It%20wasn't%20so%20dark%20and%20decadent%20that%20it%20was%20difficult%20to%20eat;%20this%20is%20one%20of%20those%20cakes%20where%20you%20just%20turn%20around%20and%20it's%20gone.%20I%20hope%20you%20like%20it%20as%20much%20as%20I%20did!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%C2%BAF.%20Mix%20first%20five%20ingredients%20together%20and%20set%20aside.%20Beat%20eggs,%20sugar,%20vanilla,%20coffee%20granules%20and%20oil%20until%20light%20in%20color.%20Add,%20alternately,%20dry%20ingredients%20and%20applesauce,%20mixing%20between%20each%20addition.%20Stir%20in%20floured%20chocolate%20chips%20by%20hand.%20(Flouring%20the%20chocolate%20chips%20helps%20prevent%20them%20from%20sinking%20to%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20cake).%20Greasing%20only%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20pan%20with%20a%20small%20amount%20of%20oil%20or%20spray,%20pour%20until%20half%20full%20into%20large%20loaf%20or%20tube%20pans.%20Bake%20for%201%20hour%20and%2010%20minutes,%20or%20less,%20depending%20on%20the%20size%20of%20the%20pan,%20until%20dry%20in%20center.%20This%20cake%20also%20may%20be%20baked%20in%20muffin%20tins,%208%E2%80%9Dx%208%E2%80%9D%20pans,%20small%20loaf%20pans,%20etc.%20The%20baking%20time%20will%20be%20shorter%20if%20you%20use%20smaller%20pans%20or%20muffin%20tins,%20so%20keep%20an%20eye%20on%20them.%20The%20cakes%20are%20done%20when%20the%20centers%20are%20no%20longer%20wobbly.%20Recipe%20can%20be%20easily%20halved%20or%20doubled.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20cake%20is%20especially%20delicious%20if%20served%20warm.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
