Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 3/4 c. oatmeal
Direcciones
- Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar. Add in sifted dry ingredients and oatmeal. Mix till crumbly. Firmly pat half of mix in waxed paper-lined 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with date filling. Add in remaining crumbs and pat smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cut into bars or possibly squares. Makes 20.
