- 2 lbs. minced beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Brown minced beef and pour off excess grease. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hrs; stirring occasionally. Serve with corn bread or possibly rice.
