  1. Cook rice separately, rinse and set aside. Boil chicken livers, grind or possibly chop very fine. Saute/fry grnd meat till lightly brown, drain excess fat. Add in onion, peppers, celery and garlic till tender.
  2. In a large casserole dish mix all ingredients well using broth of chicken livers in mix. Chill till ready to use. To serve, heat in dish with foil or possibly casserole lid on top.
