Receta Delicious Confectioners' Fudge

Ingredientes
- 2 (1 pound) pkg. confectioners' sugar
- 2 (6 ounce) cans evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 T butter
- 2 (6 ounce) pkg. semisweet chocolate bits
- 6 T marshmallow creme
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Put together sugar, lowfat milk and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 4 min. Remove from heat; add in chocolate bits and marshmallow creme. Beat till chocolate melts and fudge thickens. Add in nuts. Put into buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch Pryex dish. Yield: 3 lb.
