  • 1-2-3 lb chicken cut up
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1cup bread crumbs
  • 1tsp thyme 1tsp rosemary 1,2 tsp cayenne pepper-salt pepper
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1lb rutabagas
  • 1lb turnips
  • 1 stick of butte1/2 cup whipping cream-salt -pepper
  • 1 large diced onion -2 tbls butter
  • Onions Rutabaga-
  • veg cooking spray for baking sheet

Direcciones

  1. In bowl place mayo
  2. in a separate bowl place crumbs ,garlic spices and mix well
  3. Dip chicken in mayo then in crumb mixture till well coated shake off excess
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees ,spray a 9by13 baking dish with veg cooking spray place chicken in baking dish and cook for about 1hour till fork tender and golden brown
  5. In a small frypan put 2 tbls butter and diced Vidalia onion .when carmelized remove from heat and keep warm
  6. In a large pot with ample water place Rutabaga ,cook 15 minutes-add potatoes Turnips and cook till tender
  7. Drain very well add carmelized onions butter and whipping cream mash well add salt and pepper Serve with COLE SLAW ,CRANBERRY SAUCE AND HOME MADE BISCUITS YUMMY
