Receta Dentice Alla Livornese (Red Snapper Livornese Style)

Ingredientes
- 4 x red snapper fillets Flour for dredging
- 1/3 c. finely-minced parsley
- 1 lrg garlic clove finely minced
- 3 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. canned peeled tomatoes
- 2 ounce white wine
Direcciones
- Cut the red snapper into 4 pcs. Dredge in flour and fry gently in a warm skillet with oil without cooking completely. Remove the fish.
- In the same pan saute/fry the parsley and garlic in oil quickly, being careful not to let them burn. Add in the tomatoes and white wine and let simmer for 10 min. Add in the fish and simmer, covered, for another 10 min. Don't stir or possibly the fish will fall apart.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
