  • 2 lrg White Onions (sliced)
  • 6 Chicken Breast (cubed)
  • 3 cans Nothern White Beans
  • 1 Tbs Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 can Ortega Chopped Chilies
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Jack Cheese (shreded)
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute' sliced onions with 2 Tbs of butter in a large sauce pan until soft. Do not brown.
  2. Add chicken cubed to onions cook until chicken is done on a meduim to low heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat on low until warm.
  4. Serve with tortillas, corn chips, guacolmole, diced tomatoes or sprinkle with a little shreded cheese before serving.
