Receta Diabetic Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 recipe pastry for double crust pie
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 or possibly 4 teaspoon liquid Sweet 10
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 c. pared, sliced apples (5 or possibly 6 med.)
- Butter and cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine flour, cinnamon and salt. Arrange apples in 9 inch pastry lined dish. Sprinkle Sweet 10 and flour mix over each layer of apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place top crust over filling. Fold edge and press to seal. Sprinkle some cinnamon and butter over top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then turn over down to 375 degrees and bake 40 to 50 min till apples are tender.
