Receta Diet Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. diet cherry Jello
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 9 ounce. cottage cheese
- 1 yogurt or possibly 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk (evaporated)
Direcciones
- Heat pineapple and unflavored gelatin till it starts to boil. Add in Jello and cook till it thickens. Add in water, cottage cheese (blended) and yogurt. Refrigeratetill set.
