Receta Pineapple Cottage Cheese & Lemon Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (303) can crushed pineapple, don't drain
- 2 pkg. lemon Jello
- 2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 pound cottage cheese, sm. curd
- 2 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/2 c. minced maraschino cherries
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
Direcciones
- Combine the first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil for 1 minute over slow heat. Let stand till partially set. Add in the remaining ingredients. Place in mold and chill till hard. Garnish around sides with sugared grapes or possibly colored halves of pears. Fill center with sugared grapes if you like.
