Ingredientes
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 (16 ounce.) can ready to spread vanilla frosting
- 1 c. finely minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat cream cheese, frosting, lemon juice and rind in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer till well blended. Stir in nuts and cover and chill till serving time.
- Fill an attractive container and set in the middle of a tray of fresh fruits (apples, grapes, dates, banana slices, pears, strawberries or possibly whatever is available.)
