- 2 c. unsweetened frzn blueberries thawed
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
- 1 tsp grated orange rind

- Process blueberries, water, syrup and rind in blender till smooth. Pour into plastic ice pop molds. Freeze till solid, about 3 hrs.
