Receta Double Cranberry Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. cranberry apple drink
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. or possibly 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) pkg. frzn cranberry-orange relish
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
Direcciones
- Bring cranberry drink to boiling. Stir in gelatin till dissolved; stir in relish. Refrigeratetill partially set; stir in celery and nuts. Pour half into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise; spread over gelatin layer in dish and top with remaining gelatin. Refrigeratetill hard. Cut into squares. Makes 9 servings.
