Receta Cranberry Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 c. water
- 6 pkt artificial sweetener
- 1 pkt (small) sugar free Cranberry Jell-O
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 14 x pecan halves
- 1 x apple minced (Red Delicious is a good choice for this recipe)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Cook cranberries in water till they "pop". Add in sweetener and cook 5 min.
- Remove from heat and add in Jell-O to warm cranberries. Add in celery, apple, nuts and salt. Pour into serving bowl and chill till well set.
- Serves: 4
