A brimming bowl of noodles with shredded cabbage, fish cakes, crispy fried dried prawns and garnished with spring onions.

  • 2 tbsp dried prawns - soaked for about 10 minutes.
  • 6 garlic - crushed
  • Cabbage (as needed) - shredded/sliced thinly
  • 1/2 fish cake - rinsed and sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp anchovies stock
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Spring onions (as needed - shredded/sliced thinly
  • 2 roll yee mee (or any other noodles you like) - rinsed
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and fry dried prawns till crispy.
  2. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, sauté garlic.
  4. Pour 1 liter of water.
  5. Season with anchovies stock, pepper and salt.
  6. Let it simmer till a boiling point.
  7. In a bowl, add noodle, cabbage, fish cake; top with fried prawns
  8. and spring onions.
  9. Pour soup over and serve immediately.
