Receta Duck Egg Club Bunwich
Duck Egg Club Bunwich is a decadent and delicious sandwich that is perfect for brunch, lunch or even dinner.
Ingredientes
- 2 Ciabatta buns
- 2 duck eggs
- 4 slices of rosemary ham
- 4 slices of fresh tomato
- 4 slices of smoked gouda cheese
- Broccoli shoots (garnish)
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- Smoked sea salt (to taste)
Direcciones
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a dish and set aside
- Slice the buns in 1/2
- Slice the tomatoes
- Get your slices of meat and cheese ready
- In a non stick skillet heat a bit of oil or butter
- Fry the duck egg to your desired level of doneness
- Season the egg with smoked sea salt
- Drizzle some of the balsamic/oil mixture over each of the bun pieces
- Layer the ingredients however you like, placing the duck egg on top
- Garnish with broccoli shoots, drizzled with a bit more balsamic/oil mixture
- Put the top on the bunwich
- ENJOY!
