Receta Native Salted Egg Salad
One fast side dish or salad recipe that I enjoy anytime.
Ingredientes
- 2 pcs Salted Egg (Duck egg)
- 2 pcs med tomatoes (sliced in chunks)
- 1 tsp shrimp paste (optional)
- 1 med onion (diced) optional
Direcciones
- Slice the salted egg into chunks almost the same size of the tomatoes.
- Put the egg pieces and the tomatoes in a bowl.
- Toss together with onions.
- Add the shrimp paste in the mix if desired. Or put it on the side of the platter.
- Serve.
