Receta Dutch Mint Coffee
Ingredientes
- 1 env. (1 serving) reduced-calorie chocolate marshmallow-flavored warm cocoa
- mix
- 1 c. skim or possibly nonfat lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. white mint-flavored liqueur
- 1 c. strong coffee (warm)
- 2 tbsp. thawed frzn dairy whipped topping
- 1/8 ounce. (about 1 tbsp.) chocolate, grated
Direcciones
- Microwave method: Using a wire whisk, in medium microwavable bowl combine cocoa mix, lowfat milk and liqueur, stirring to dissolve cocoa. Microwave on High (100%) for 2 min till warm but not boiling; stir in coffee. Divide into two 10 oz mugs. Spoon half of the whipped topping onto each serving of coffee. Sprinkle each serving with half of the chocolate and serve immediately.
- Conventional method: Using a wire whisk, in 1 qt saucepan combine cocoa mix, lowfat milk, and liqueur and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, till mix is warm but not boiling, 2 to 3 min; stir in coffee. Divide into two 10 oz mugs. Spoon half of the whipped topping onto each serving of coffee. Sprinkle each serving with half of the chocolate and serve immediately.
