Receta EASY Basil Vinagrette
Getting tired of the commercial salad dressing, I began to search for simple salad dressing which requires simple ingredients. I do not measure everything accurately but to modify them according to my taste. Feel free to experiment this with yourself. Please ENJOY :)

Ingredientes
- a medium bowl of lettuce
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil (use less if you don't like oily dressing)
- juice of a half fresh lemon (freshen up the whole juice)
- salt and pepper to taste (optional) - I do not add them :]
Direcciones
- Mix everything and combine well.
- Let the dressing stand for 30 mins before use.
- Note: I put the dressing into the refrigerator since the weather in Hong Kong is humid :(
