Receta Easy Cheesey Potato Scallop

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Thinly sliced cooked, peeled Potatoes
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Cheese flavor sprinkles, Divided
- 1 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp Grnd mustard pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Table blen seasoning
- 3/4 c. Skim or possibly lowfat lowfat milk, heated
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 1-quart. casserole or possibly baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 1/2 Tbsp. cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and blend seasoning. Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole. Top with a thin layer of minced onion. Sprinkle with seasoned flour mix. Repeat layers with seasoned flour mix. Repeat the layers. Pour heated lowfat milk proportionately over casserole mix. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Remove cover, continue baking 10 min, till potatoes are golden brown and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp. cheese sprinkles.
