Ingredientes
- 1 crumb crust (vanilla wafer or possibly graham cracker)
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Direcciones
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Whip till fluffy. Gradually add in condensed lowfat milk and continue to beat till well blended. Add in vanilla and lemon juice. Blend well. Pour into crust and put cherry filling on top.
