Ingredientes
- 2 c. flaked fish
- 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- Shortening for frying
Direcciones
- Put together fish, 1/4 cup evaporated lowfat milk, onion, salt and pepper to taste in bowl; mix well. Shape into 8 patties. Coat with bread crumbs. Dip into remaining cup evaporated lowfat milk; coat with bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in 1/8 inch hot shortening in frying pan.Canned tuna or possibly salmon very good. Heat 1 can cream of celery soup plus 1 can lowfat milk for gravy with fish.
