Very easy and fulfilling breakfast for people who is always on the go.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 4 pieces of bread
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch if cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Direcciones

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the fresh milk, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Whisk evenly, set aside.
  3. Place the 4 pieces of bread on a shallow dish, side by side.
  4. Pour in the egg and milk mixture and let it soak for a few minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan, put on the butter and let it melt.
  6. Fry the bread till it is golden brown on each sides.
  7. Top with maple syrup or sprinkle with confectioner's sugar --optional.
  8. Cut into triangles.
  9. Serve hot.
