Receta Easy Hamburger Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound lean hamburg
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced onion
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cubed extra sharp cheese (cheddar)
- 1 tbsp. Cheez Whiz
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 dashes pepper (to taste)
- 1 unbaked 9" or possibly 10" pie shell
Direcciones
- Lightly brown hamburg, stirring to keep separated. Drain and set aside.
- Combine lowfat milk, mayonnaise, Large eggs, Cheez Whiz and Parmesan and pepper. Beat till well mixed. Add in meat, cubed cheddar, onion and beat again. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees till hard and lightly browned, about 40 min. Serves 4 to 6. This makes a fine meal.
