Receta Easy Hamburger Relish

Ingredientes
- 3 quarts. (6 lbs.) ripe tomatoes
- 2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. finely minced sweet pepper
- 1 sm. finely minced warm pepper
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1/4 c. pickling salt
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pickling spice
Direcciones
- Scald and peel tomatoes. Chop fine. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Pour salt over top and stir to combine. Let stand 2 hrs or possibly longer. Drain, pressing to remove all moisture.
