Ingredientes
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. pureed or possibly mashed strawberries
- Red food coloring (if you like)
- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped (don't use non-dairy whipped topping)
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla extract. Stir in strawberries and red food coloring (if you like). Mix in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container. Cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Leftovers to freezer.
