Receta Easy Miso Soup With Vegetables And Tofu

Ingredientes
- 4 c. ,water
- 2 x Onions, green, chopped
- 3 lrg Chard leaves, minced
- 2 x Corn ears, kernels cut from cob (about 2 c.)
- 4 ounce Tofu, hard or possibly soft, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Miso
Direcciones
- 1. Heat water to a boil. Add in vegetables and tofu. Cook 5 min.
- 2. Remove 1/4 c. water and dissolve the miso in it.
- Add in miso water to soup, lower heat and cook, stirring for 1 or possibly 2 min longer. Stir before serving, since good-quality misos tend to separate slightly.
