- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (10 ounce.) can clams with liquid
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 2/3 c. half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place onions, carrots and celery in 4 qt casserole. In microwave, full power 5 min or possibly till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on full power for 15 min. Stir occasionally.
