Receta Easy Oven Burgandy Pot Roast

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Roast
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can Burgandy wine
- 4 med Potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 6 stalk Celery, quartered
- 6 x Carrots, sliced lengthwise
Direcciones
- Place roast in a baking dish, cover with sliced onions. Mix soup and burgandy. Pour over roast, sprinkle with pasley. Cover and bake 325 for 5 hrs. During the last hour add in vegetables, cook till vegetables are tender.
