Receta Easy Pareve Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 4 stalks celery, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. Minute rice
Direcciones
- Fry onion, green peppers and celery. Then put all fried vegetables in a large pot with 2 cups water with the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in 3 cups Minute rice. Remove from stove. Let stand covered 5 min or possibly longer.
