Receta Easy Sausage Quiche

Ingredientes
- 8 slices bread
- 1 pound bulk sausage, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Break up bread and scatter proportionately on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown sausage and drain. Stir mustard into sausage. Spoon sausage-mustard mix proportionately over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour proportionately over bread, sausage and cheese. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till puffed and stiff. (Make sure done. May require additional time.) Serves 8.
