- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. soft shortening
- Lowfat milk to stir

- Sift flour and baking pwdr together; cut in shortening with pastry blender or possibly 2 knives. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a dough which holds together. Drop on an ungreased baking sheet. Shape into rounded biscuit form. Bake in 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 min.
