Receta Easy Strawberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Combine lowfat milk, flour and 1/2 c. sugar in bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour into pan over melted butter. Don't stir. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into middle of pan over batter. Don't stir. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for 35 min or possibly till done. 4 servings.
- Note: Other fruit may be substituted for the strawberries.
