Receta Easy Sweet & Sour Pork
Ingredientes
- Cooked pork pieces- at least 2 c.(leftover roast or country
- style spareribs work great)
- 1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
- 1 c. reg. Kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
Direcciones
- Heat pork pieces, pineapple, and barbecue sauce together in saucepan.
- Blend cornstarch with cool water; stir into meat.
- Cook and stir until the sauce is thickened.
- Add in green pepper.
- Heat through. Serve on rice.
