Receta Easy turkey chili
I made this chili for my son who is now 2 yr, he has many food allergies and this gave him everything he needed in one dish but is still mild enough for even a toddler to enjoy....if I have rice or even corn left over from another dish I just throw that in to.
Ingredientes
- Lean ground turkey ( or whatever ground meat you like)
- 2 tbs garlic
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3/4 jar of crushed tomatoes ( about 2 cups )
- 2 cans Bush's baked beans
- 1 can mixed beans ( or whatever you prefer )
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green or red peppers
- 1 tbs chili spice ( optional)
- 1 cup rice/ lentils ( optional ) pre cooked
Direcciones
- In a large pot, cook turkey until no longer pink
- Add garlic and onions, sauté until browned
- Add all other ingredients, simmer on low for 45 mins
- Makes a large pot 8 servings
