Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. vegetable blend (California)
- 1/2 c. minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly cream of celery
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Arrange California blend vegetables in casserole dish. Sprinkle rice over top. Combine soup, lowfat milk and onion. Pour over vegetables. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
