Receta Ede's Delicious Taco Dip

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3-4 ripe avocados
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 c. green onions, diced
- 1 can ripe minced olives
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.2. Mash avocados and fold in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 3. To assemble: spread bean dip, layer avocado mix, layer of lowfat sour cream mix, on an oversized plate.
- 4. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions, olives and cheese.
- Use tostitos or possibly favorite chips to dip into this delicious dip.
