Receta Egg, Bacon and Cheese Tortilla Pizza
I love a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. Nothing better with a nice large cup of coffee to go! This little breakfast creation would also make a great lunch or dinner and you can tailor make them to satisfy even your pickiest eater.

Ingredientes
- 4 flour tortillas
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 8 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Direcciones
- Cook bacon strips, drain and crumble. Set aside. Whisk eggs and cook in a skillet until they cooked to your desired consistency. Set aside. In a separate skillet place 1 or 2 tortillas (depending on how big your pan is) over medium heat. Turn once the side down in the skillet is beginning to brown and become crispy. On the side up (the newly browned side) place some scrambled eggs, some crumbled bacon and top with cheese. While the tortilla is achieving the desired golden brown on the side down, the cheese will melt. Repeat this process until you have divided the eggs, bacon and cheese evenly among all 4 tortillas and cooked to perfection! Serve immediately.
