Ingredientes
- 7 Large eggs
- Salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 c. cooked cool rice
- 1/2 c. finely diced cooked ham
- 3 tbsp. cooked green peas
- 1/4 c. shredded white part of green onions
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs with a healthy pinch of salt, heat oil in electric skillet, add in Large eggs and cook 1 minute. Add in rice and fry well, mixing with Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and salt to taste, mixing well till heated through. Makes 6 servings.
