Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, separated
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 c. or possibly 1 quart. lowfat milk
- Grnd nutmeg to taste
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks till thick and light. Add in Eagle Brand lowfat milk, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and lowfat milk, mix well. Beat egg whites till soft peak stage; gently fold into lowfat milk mix; chill; serve. Best if you refrigeratefor 24 hrs first. Use large bowls.
