Receta Egg Pizza Breakfast

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. oven ready biscuits
- 1 reg. size breakfast sausage
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 5 lg. Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In 9 x 12 inch baking pan spread rolls. All rolls should be pressed together and cover the bottom of pan. Cook sausage and drain grease. Spread sausage, minced green pepper and onion on top of rolls. Mix 5 Large eggs and 3/4 c. lowfat milk together then pour proportionately over top of rolls. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 40 min. Let cold for 5 min, cut and serve. Note: Substitute sausage with bacon. Add in a sixth egg if you want.
