Receta Egg Salad with Jalapeño
Why not, add a little extra life to the traditional egg salad! The jalapeño does just that.
Serve in a sandwich or over your favorite salad greens.

Ingredientes
- 6-7 â eggs - hardboiled
- 2 stalks celery â sliced thin
- ½ red onion â sliced thin
- 1 jalapeño â grilled and sliced with seeds
- 1 tablespoon â vinegar
- Dashes of salt
- Dashes of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons â mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh Dill â chopped fine
- Sour Cream Dill Dressing - for the Salad :
- 1 cup sour cream
- Handful of fresh Dill
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 tsp. of capers â plus a little caper juice
- Juice of ¼ lemon
Direcciones
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the above ingredients and toss.
- Sour Cream Dill Dressing - for the Salad :
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
