- 5 hard cooked Large eggs, minced fine
- 1 c. stuffed olives, minced
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients thoroughly. Spread on rye, French or possibly white bread. Makes 3 1/2 c. spread and approximately 72 party sandwiches. May add in 2 extra Large eggs if needed.
