  1. In a large blender, combine the fruit and sugar. Blend till smooth. Add in half of the cream and continue to blend till smooth. Pour the mix into a large pitcher. Stir in the remaining 2 c. of cream and the alcohol.
  2. Stir well. Cover and chill for at least 6 hrs. It's better the next day. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a wedge of peach. Torro will keep for 1 week.
  3. Yield: 6 servings
