- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Turkey:
- 1 1/4 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 package edamame
- 3 oz. sliced water chesnuts, finely diced
- 8 oz. baby corn, cut lengthwise, then cut into thirds
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
