Ingredientes
- 1.1 small banana
- 2.1/5 cup cream
- 3.1/5 cup milk
- 4.1 egg
- 5.1/4 cup sugar
- 6.1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Direcciones
- In a blender, blend banana with milk and sugar to make a lump free paste.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well for 2-3 min.
- Pour the contents into two ramekin such that the ramekins are 2/3rd full.
- Place the ramekins in a bigger dish containing water such that water level is up till the pudding mix level.
- Bake it at 325 F for 45 min in a preheated oven.
- Let it cool and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
