Receta Fast Pace Black Bean Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, Minced
- 2 x Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. Pace Picante Sauce
- 16 ounce Black Beans, Rinsed And Liquid removed
- 1 tsp Grnd Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Dry Basil, Crushed
- 12 x Inch Prepared Pizza Crust, Like Boboli
- 1 x Bell Pepper, Cut In Thin Rings
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded Grated Parmesan Cheese, Optional
Direcciones
- Cook onion and garlic in 10" skillet, stirring occasionally, till onion is tender, about 4 min. Stir in pace, beans, cumin, and basil. Simmer 2 min. Spread proportionately over crust. Arrange bell pepper over bean mix.
- Sprinkle with monterey jack cheese. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 min. Cut into wedges to serve. Serve with additional pace, if you like.
